• Account Information — email address, username, and encrypted password when you register
• Article Data — URLs you save and extracted article content
• Usage Data — reading statistics such as articles read and time spent
• Subscription Data — Apple or Google purchase receipts, processed through RevenueCat

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the ReadLater service
• Save and retrieve your articles
• Power AI features including summaries, smart tags, translation, and chat
• Manage your subscription status
• Send transactional emails (password reset, welcome email, trial reminders)

Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app payment processing
• OpenAI — AI features (article summaries, tags, translation, chat). Article text is sent to OpenAI for processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers located in Singapore. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, solely to provide the ReadLater service.

Your Rights

• Export — you can export all your saved articles as JSON from the Settings page
• Delete — you can delete individual articles or contact us to delete your entire account
• Access — all your data is accessible through the app and website

Children's Privacy

ReadLater is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
